do I add my walking calories to my TDEE?

I'm not really a gym kinda guy.but I enjoy walking.I walk daily at least 1 hour and 2 hours on average. and on my good days I could walk for 3 hours like today.
I weigh 216 lbs and MFP said that I burn about 300 kcal/hour walking.

1) is the estimated burn MFP gives me right? (I don't have a HRM)
2) is walking considered an exercise? and does it qualified to be added to the daily expenditure?

I'd eat back 75% of what MFP tells you, and yes, walking is considered exercise.

You add any calories you burn to your TDEE, that's what your TDEE is. Your TOTAL daily energy expenditure.

Yes, walking is exercise, so counts toward your TDEE total. The only caveat here is if you somehow calculated your activity level (not your exercise/week) including your walking when you input your numbers to MFP or another TDEE calculator. If, for example, your walking were entirely related to your job, it might be a bit of 'double-dipping' on the calories-burned front. This is highly unlikely, but not statistically impossible.

I used to struggle witht his all the time.

I solved it by spending $99 on a Fitbit. Now all my daily walking is automatically tabulated and merged right into MFP.

I third it. ESPECIALLY if most of your exercise is walking.
