Group Power Classes: How To Log

Hello!
I've begun taking Group Power classes at my gym. It's a program (much like Zumba) where the instructors are all given monthly routines - except this is weight lifting.
Is there any way to log those? I could choose strength training but it seems like that wouldn't encapsulate the whole class.

I'll tell you what I'm sure everyone on here is going to suggest. Get a heart rate monitor. MFP honestly over calculates calorie burn so your best and most accurate bet would be a HRM. Wear it while you workout. Polar FT4 is a good one. Check it out!0
