Hello. I am so happy to have been informed about this site. I have tried many ways to keep track of daily eating, activity, and water intake. This was referred to me by my family doctor. I am overweight and seriously need to get healthier. I am learning how to get around here on this site and would appreciate any helpful support. My goal is to discipline myself more, exercise, and prepare my meals to live a healthy life.
