So in my other thread the bod pod announced me at 15.6% body fat. Apparently that was not accurate per how I look. What's another test I can take that would yield more accuracy?

DEXA scan.
if you're trying to track fat loss, just pick ONE method and stick to it, and don't compare results from different methods. All can track a change.0 -
DEXA or Hydrostatic.0

Georgia State's testing shows a different assessment than the weightology reviews.0 -
Autopsy is the most accurate. Definitive in every way.
You did a 1,000 calorie workout the morning of your BodPod. And then did not drink 4 hours before the BodPod. That will effect the results. Hydration matters a lot.
Why do you want to know your BF%? If for tracking progress, then you can collect more data from lots of sources and track it to determine trends. But it is unlikely you will ever know your true BF% short of the autopsy. If you are looking for validation for vanity purposes, then just use the mirror. I have found I can guess my BF% within +- 2% from the mirror. If I am honest.
I track BF% in many ways. BodPod, Omron (Body Impedance Measurement), calipers, online calculators and the mirror. While I never really know my BF% accurately, there is sufficient precision in the data to track trends and make adjustments to my diet and exercise if required.

Noticing that interesting BodPod outlyer down at 11.5%. Not sure what happened that day, but it was clearly inaccurate. As much as I wished it were accurate, it was a bad data point.0
