start small , don t set your goals to high, one step at a time and have a bad day don't give up. Just start again and keep it going.

Feel free to add me. I am currently taking part in a boot camp. I exercise almost every day and I try to remember to log in every day although sometimes, like while on vacation or over the holidays, I end up missing a day and have to start over.0

Hi, I'm new and just joined today. I don't have any support at the moment online or offline. I'm in the upper normal range for BMI already so if I tell people I want to lose a stone (and still be comfortably within the normal BMI range) I get judged and ridiculed for it. Anyone who can help motivate me I would be very grateful for!0
