Is there a program for me

Hi everyone! I just turned 60 and I need to loose 60 lbs. Can someone recommend a program that might be good ? I see alot of people on the T25 program but wasn't sure if it would be good for me. Thanks

    Welcome aboard!

    I think the best way to start is to ease into things based on your fitness level. Make sure you log everything everyday and workout 4-6 days a week. Maybe start with walking or swimming and gradually work your way up.

    I agree, ease into it. T25 is a Beachbody program, isn't it?

    No need to spend a lot of money on a multi-level marketed thing.

    Just log your food here every day, find something you enjoy doing that gets you moving, and start there. Baby steps.

    Thanks all. My biggest problem is I like sweets and ice cream. I know when I get off those things I loose fast. Need to find something to replace those things.
