I piece through out the day which if it was healthy it might be ok but its not heathy! Those calories are NOT smart calories. I for some reason had a coke today (haven't had one in 2 months) 240 calories of Why Am I Drinking This! A piece (tiny square) of Dove Dark Chocolate 40 calories! between those two things I wouldn't be over my calories had i thought about it.

I am trying to retrain my brain not to drink my calories and if I am going to piece at least be healthy about it so when I have to face my daily Food I am not irritated with myself.

I am not able to work out (including going on walks, can hardly walk) right now do to a lower back herniated disc so what my calories say they are is how it will stay for that day.

Sometimes we have to be OK for the occasional Not Smart Calories. I think that if you have a real Coke on occasion, and record it, that should be fine. I know I get into trouble when I beat myself up over not hitting my plan for the day. It is almost as if I give myself permission to just eat foolishly the rest of the day.

And small amounts of dark chocolate are supposed to be good for you!

The Coke, if you don't usually drink Coke, probably a bad call. I mean, that's a load of calories for something you could do without. But 40 for the chocolate? Meh. I eat a mini Hershey's Special Dark pretty much every day. They say it has stuff in it that's good for you and I enjoy it.

I could see that about the chocolate I just got annoyed with myself because I viewed it as a waste because it did nothing to curb my hunger. I am not able to work off my calories via the gym do to my back injury so I have to really watch my food intake.
