    It will be about 30lbs because I should. At my age now, it's more about conserving my joints and connective tissue and the extra 30lbs will relieve a lot of impact on them. At least I'll be ripped all the time.:laugh:

    I am really hoping to reach my goal this year. I got almost 50 pounds off last year and didnt even try for half of the year. This year so far I have lost almost 10 pounds :) so I am off to a good start. I really just want to be at goal by my 35th birthday which is March 1, 2015!! It would be nice to be under 215 by my 34th birthday, but we will see!!!!

    Current Loss:
    212-207 = 5
    5/212 = 0.024

    Sorry guys I had my birthday party yesterday so im a little late. I only lost 1.5 poundsThis week but im ok with that!

    4.76% is my number!

    Technically I want to lose 14 lbs of fat and gain 5 lbs of muscle.

    I'm a week late to join! Currently 188 with a goal of 165. I primarily want to decrease body fat and increase muscle tone. So.....

    188-165=23
    23/188=.122
    .122 x 100= 12.2%

    My goal is 50 pounds. My smaller goal is 5 pounds per month. I weighed in this morning and for my first month I didn't quite hit the 5 pd goal but was close. I had one week that I didn't track or exercise. Therefore, I plan to track more this month and stay within my calorie goal...hopefully make up for last month...so this month my goal is to lose 8 pounds. I'm hoping to be at my goal weight by the end of October.

    Weigh Day!!! Since I just joined I will add in from last week and this week.

    Last week= 6.3%
    This week= 2.5%
    which means I have lost 8.8% of the the weight I have planned to lose. I'm so excited!!! Now to eat breakfast :)

    I've just seen this post, great way of looking at it. I've worked out I've list 17.5% so far and have another 19% to go to get to goal of 168. Will check in each week from now on. Good luck everyone!!

    Posting my weigh in from yesterday....you all ready for this? I LOST 3 POUNDS this week and I even started my monthly. Awesome.

    So i have lost 4.5 pounds in 2 weeks which is 2% so far. 35% to go :)
