New to the site and so far I am finding it to be very helpful. Logging my meals and exercises daily is helping me to stay on track. For the first time, in a LONG time, (oh so very long time lol) I finally feel like I have got this! Once upon a time, I was in shape and I plan to get it back.

I am a 39 year old mom of two (a 2 year old and 3 month old) and my goal is to lose 60 lbs so I can be a healthier me. Please feel free to add me - it is very motivating to see others progress!
