Hello!! I have been a member for 4 weeks now and have lost 2 whole pounds!! haha! I log on every day but would love some motivation. I have two small children and I work full time. I have been working really hard to find time to exercise. I would love to get in touch with other members. Thanks!!

    Yes I agree 2 down, great job! I too understand because I workout hard, but weight loss start in food intake! Keep up the great work! I just joined and I would not mind to have a community to chime in Once in a while? I usually have little gains and little losses and I hope by lodging my food and exercise plus habits is just a great experience! Add me to the group!

    Hi I understand. I as well could use some extra friends and motivation feel free to add me. I been using the program off and on. I am going to try and get back on track for a 10 week goal. Wish me luck.
