Im not new to MFP or new at trying to lose weight. Ive had my fair share of ups and downs. Now Its time to get back on track! I tend to follow an old weight watchers program. So feel free to add me!

I'm starting today to get on track s well. I need to change my eating habits. I really enjoy working out and I do workout pretty regularly. I just over eat. I would like to meet locals so that I can get out and exercise and also figure out this eating thing
I am a pretty busy lady. I am a full time + working wife and mother.
