starting today

Im not new to MFP or new at trying to lose weight. Ive had my fair share of ups and downs. Now Its time to get back on track! I tend to follow an old weight watchers program. So feel free to add me!

    I'm starting today to get on track s well. I need to change my eating habits. I really enjoy working out and I do workout pretty regularly. I just over eat. I would like to meet locals so that I can get out and exercise and also figure out this eating thing ;)

    I am a pretty busy lady. I am a full time + working wife and mother.

    Anyone near Cincinnati, Ohio?
  • Good luck! I am not that new, I just have put off following the program. I do log every day if anyone needs motivation or would like to add me.

    If you are feeling down about anything let the community know and read some of the success stories. Everyone can hit their goal and more, it just takes time.
