Is it doable? Any other ways to use pesto besides pasta or chicken

Pesto, tomato, goat cheese grilled sandwich. (not fish, but not pasta/chicken either).

Rub it on any vegetable and roast them.
A dollop in a bowl of chili or soup.
Smear it over pork or beef and grill.
Mix with chopped fresh tomatoes, cucumber, raw red bell pepper and 1/2 a finely chopped anchovy. Use as a topping or eat it like a salad.
Mix with seafood of your preference and use wonton skins to make steamed dumplings.
Slice some good sausage, a drop of pesto, wrap in bread dough or wonton skins and bake.
Toss with spaghetti squash.

I don't use pesto for anything except fish! Spoonful on top of a piece of salmon, wrapped in foil loosely--amazing!

I love soupe au pistou. Essentially vegetable soup with a big dollop of pesto in it.

I use pesto instead of red sauce on pizza. It's also good on green beans and roasted asparagus. I'm going to have to try it in soup now, that sounds great!

Put salmon fillet in dish in some lemon juice. Grill skin side, flip it over, spread tsp pesto on top, grill again.

Takes less than10 mins and is soooo moist!
