I am 35 years male. I started exercise (burning approx 200 cal) and 1200 Cal diet.
All worked well for the first month. I reduced from 170 to 163 in 4 weeks.
But after that, from last 4 weeks, my needle is not going below 163.
I am entering into third month.
I track my calories and am sure I am not under estimating it.
This is de-motivating but I dont want to quit.
Is this common and anyone faced this?
Appreciate!

Try eating more. 1200 calories is very little especially for man, so you might lose more weight by adding more calories to your diet. If you haven't done any strength training yet I would recommend you to do so. It helps you maintain and possibly add muscle, which in return makes you burn more calories.0

I'm personally hooked on Stronglifts 5x5. At first it seemed almost a bit too easy, but after a couple of weeks it gets really challenging.
The idea is that you lift weights three times a week. Each session you do three different workouts for 5 sets of 5 repetitions each.
Here is a link to the program: http://stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5-beginner-strength-training-program/
The website has a lot of advertisement and things you can go without, but the exercises are really good and you can find them somewhere in there.0
