Smoothie help?

Options
Long story short, I make smoothies and they turn out horrible even if I follow recipes.

Any tips or quick rundowns of how y'all make your smoothies so I can get a little help?

Who knew something so simple could turn disastrous for me, all I want is so some fruity goodness. :grumble:

    Fruit (usually berries)
spinach or baby kale (or both)
    protein powder (vanilla)
    flax seed
    hemp seed
    flax oil
    coconut water

I usually use whatever fruit I have on hand or frozen fruit - never had an issue with them being horrible. If you are just using them for a snack I would just use fruit, spinach and coconut water (all the other stuff makes it higher calorie/macros for replacing a meal)

One of my favorite shakes is called: Peanut Butter and Banana Protein shake.

    1 cup of ice
1 cup of fat free milk
    1 banana
1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter ( or regular peanut butter)
1 spoon of whey protein powder ( I use chocolate, but you can use vanilla as well)

Blend that bad boy up starting from low to high spend in the blender! Give it a try! It's my favorite. Tell me what you think.
