I would like to lose around 15lbs!
I joined MyFitnessPal because I have trouble staying motivated and a few people had told me that this is a great way of staying motivated because of all the people who are on the same journey!

Height: 5 feet 4 inches
SW: 145lbs
GW: 125-130lbs!

I am going to be eating around 1500 calories a day and lowering my fat intake and doing Ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels 6 days a week!
