hi all, i started of weighing 10st 10 lb and i lost a bit of weight quite quickly and eventually got down to the weight of 9st 7lb. I was so pleased and it was my brother birthday so we went out for the weekend and had a lovely time. I ate more than usual and put on 4lb. I'm so annoyed at myself and I'm bored of being on a diet but i know if i give up the weight will pile on. Im really worried that the 4lb won't come of very fast and slow down my dieting, any advice or help?

Soo...here is thing, it is highly unlikely that you gain 4 pounds over a weekend. That would be some epic eating. It is probably water retention, due to sodium or something similar.
The main issue is that you have lost over a stone and now you are bored of dieting. That is why most folks on here will recommend that you don't diet, it need to be sustainable, Find something that you can do for life.
Good luck and stick around.0
