    About 10 minutes a day on most days.

    I get frustrated when I try to get involved in the community more, because there are too many people on these forums who are dispensing uneducated advice and get borderline abusive when you try to have a civil discussion with them about it.

    How long is too long? I never log out. I fall asleep every night with my phone in my hand while I'm on it...I've literally fell asleep in the middle of typing comments, replies and Pms numerous times. I sleep for 3 hours a night, then I'm back on again as soon as I wake up. I take breaks throughout the the only to shower, workout, and while I'm driving. OK, I'm lying, I have MFPd while driving, but only at every stop sign and red light...I'm not reckless. I can quit whenever I want...I swear. :noway:

    This place has taken more time away from Facebook time which is a good thing. I hop in and out so total maybe 1-2 hrs a day. I maintain my goals and update my diary daily.

    I have MFP apps on my mobile phone,and my work PC ..practically checking you guys all the time ;P
