Has anyone heard of Humapro Protein Shakes

My friend has been using them for awhile now. He is lactose intolerant. It seems to be working for him. I have one soy shake a day as I dont get enough protein or iron in my daily food. However, I wondered if there is any information out there about it.

In general terms, you're better off getting some high quality whey protein powder rather than using prefab shakes (and never mind the brand, they're pretty much all the same). Check out the ingredients. How many grams of protein do you actually get per serving? A good whey protein powder gives you at least 27 g of protein per 31 g serving. If your shakes are giving you less than that, you're paying a lot of money for fillers and carbohydrates.
