Hello out there! Stumbled upon this site and decided what the heck might as well give it a shot. I've been wanting to get healthy for the past year but keep falling short. Will start out with good intentions then lose steam. I'm hoping this tool will help keep me motivated! Any tips for staying motivated I'd be more than happy to hear. Thanks and good luck to all of you on your journey too!

    I would say the most important part of this site is to make it part of your daily routine to enter calories & exercise--also, seeing what your MyFitnessPals are doing (exercise, calories, etc) and cheering each other on acts as a big motivator. :) Good luck--feel free to add me!

    Welcome to the site!!! We are all here for the same thing, to loose weight, and live a healthy life style. You probably wont find nicer, more supportive people ANY WHERE. You defiantly stumbled across the best website you could find.

    Ok I have a question that I know the answer is obvious I just am over-thinking it haha! The "net calories" the site talks about and provides you with...is that how many I want to consume a day? I got confused reading the bit about calories minus calories burned for exercise...
