My Weight Loss over the last month...

Well I started my weight loss journey on 10/26/2010 at 216. Unfortunately I didnt take a picture until I was down to 209. I have now lost a total of 19 lbs so far and am down to 197. I took a few pics to show some progress... I didnt notice any difference when I look in the mirror but I do see a difference in these pics as well as in how my clothes fit (most of them are getting too big)

    Holy cow that is a dramatic difference. I can't believe you can't tell when you look in the mirror. Way to go. You're well on your way to your goal.

    Awesome job so far! Like NicCa90 said, you can definitely see the difference, even if you didn't get pictures right away. I hope I have such good results with my before/middle/after pictures!
