Any peppermint patty recipes?

Does anyone have a recipe for low-calorie peppermint patties? Sometimes I splurge on the full size ones. Unfortunately, having an open bag of mini's just means I eat them all. Seriously love those things!!!

Thanks.

I haven't tried this but what about melting sugar free peppermint candy in a mug of prepared diet Swiss Miss? That would come in at about 27 calories.

I cannot vouch for the accuracy of this recipe as I have not tried it myself, but I love anything she posts.

You could try the cocoa crack recipe and add peppermint extract to it and see how it turns out...

    8Tbsp coconut oil
    8 Tbsp dark cocoa powder
    4 packets of stevia
    1Tbsp extract of choice.
(I used orange but try peppermint!)

32 truffle wrappers 1 packet of stevia or I used xylitol powdered sugar to dust the tops of the candy cups.

in 4 cup measuring cup mix cocoa powder, 4 packets of stevia together with a fork till blended. heat coconut oil till melted, mix into powder mixture and stir well. pour into mini truffle cups. Dust or sprinkle tops with remaining stevia packet or Xylitol. Pop into fridge or freezer to set. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat. I keep mine in a Tupperware container in the freezer.

This won't have the creamy center but will have the flavor combo your looking for. Good luck!

try growing your own mint. I grow spearmint; peppermint; AND Chocolate Mint. !!! And it tastes like chocolate too. I walk around all summer with it in my mouth b/c the leaves are good too, you dry them in a paper towel over night is all it takes.
Lowes usually have the plants of all three on hand in the Spring. And it is EASY to grow and it will grow fast so plant some outside and it will cover your yard fast! Smells so good outside too!
