    Snack - Pink Lady Apple. But otherwise I've just started my own version of the Subway diet so it's Subway or Apples for the last week.

    It was not a healthy choice night for me. Last thing I ate was some chips and dip; last thing to drink Lynchburg Lemonade.

    I had .5 cup dry oatmeal than added 2teaspoons of brown sugar in it.

    A mix of orange and fruit punch kool aid with half the sugar the package calls for, and a multivitamin. :(

    Coffee w/ 1% milk; brown puffed rice w/ 1% milk and small sliced banana; Nona Gina's small biscotti and a small yogurt. All this was 409 cal. It will last till luch with no snacking.
    I also do not eat fast food. Once in a while a vegie sandwich from Subways though.

    Two egg whites, 0.5 oz goat cheese, 1/4 avocado, one slice whole wheat toast, one lean turkey sausage, 1/2 grapefruit and black coffee. Love breakfast!
