A mix of orange and fruit punch kool aid with half the sugar the package calls for, and a multivitamin.0

Coffee w/ 1% milk; brown puffed rice w/ 1% milk and small sliced banana; Nona Gina's small biscotti and a small yogurt. All this was 409 cal. It will last till luch with no snacking.
I also do not eat fast food. Once in a while a vegie sandwich from Subways though.0 -
Two egg whites, 0.5 oz goat cheese, 1/4 avocado, one slice whole wheat toast, one lean turkey sausage, 1/2 grapefruit and black coffee. Love breakfast!0
