Is it possible to enter calories burned into MFP

I got a HRM to get a more accurate calorie reading versus the estimate from gym equipment. Is there a way to enter that into the app instead of letting it guess for me? Thanks.

  Yes, the calorie amounts are adjustable.
  
  You can also enter your own "new" exercise in the database...like "HRM calories."

  Sorry about that, I figured it out a couple minutes after I posted. I just saw the calories section greyed out and didnt hit it at first to manually enter. Silly me!
