I went 75 over in calories today! I am deffinately gonna start what some have suggested and put my meals and snacks in for the day ahead of time so I can see if it works! awww well tomorrow is another day right! I am so new at all of this calorie counting etc that I am assuming this is gonna happen from time to time!!! Gotta NOT get disscouraged though right?!:wink:

    I went over, but no big deal. I will work out alittle harder tomorrow to make up for it!

    Great idea to plan out your day...but 75 calories? That is NOT a biggie at all! :wink:


    But you could:
    - march in place for 10 minutes, rest 10 minutes, and march another 10 minutes
    - jog in place for 15 minutes
    - do a 15 minute tidy quickly around your house to burn some calories
    - walk down the street and back

    Anyway! That should burn it off if you are concerned. But it should be fine!!! You can do it! :flowerforyou:

    we went to fire mountain andi figured i would have went way over i did still go over because i have to have my hot cocoa tonight, but i will do better tomorrow,, :tongue:

    Its 3.40 here in NZ and I only have 142 cal left and I'm going to my grandparents for Chinese...
