What would you grab for a snack RIGHT now?

Apple slices with fruit dip (vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 spoonful of peanut butter, & a dash of cinnamon). Mix, yum!0

Whole flaxseed. I munch on it like one would any nut or seed snack.0

Ok, fine! I'll be the bad guy here and admit that if I had access to a donut right now...... lol But a HEALTHY snack would be an apple or some grapes0

Just had some chocolate banana ice cream...... Blend 1 frozen banana, 1tbsp cocoa powder, and 1/4 c almond milk...... Pretty good healthy substitute0

im usually so hungry after work i grab a snack from a fast food joint just for the ride home then eat when i get home. tonight i will down a bottle of water and grab veggies and maybe a green juice when i get home0

I always snack on sunflower seeds while watching a movie or show. That's probably a bad habit, but at least it isn't chips or popcorn. I'm not ready to give up my snacking.0

Fresh raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, or strawberries. I would sit and savor each and every one slowly without distraction from television, reading, conversation, etc. At the end of I'd be happy. In fact, I just did that five minutes ago with six ounces of raspberries. They were delicious.0
