    This site can help with that! You can set your food diary to have a "sodium" column.

    If you don't know how to add it...go to the "My Home" tab, then to the "Settings" sub-tab. Then select the "Food Diary Settings" option, and it will be the first option - "Nutrients Tracked" then go to number 5, and select sodium. It will tell you your daily goal of sodium, and track how much sodium each food you enter has. It will let you know if you go over and whatnot, just like it does for the calories and stuff!
