Any Coaches Wives?

I'm a coach's wife who knows the time restraints we often have to work with... Trying to connect with other coaches wives to encourage each other and hold each other accountable.
My hubby is a football and track coach. Together we have 6 kids (ages 2-20). I'm also a teacher and in grad school. I'm 5'2, currently at 155, trying to get down to 130.
Feel free to add me

I am a coaches wife and you can feel free to add me! I would love someone that is in a similar group. We have 3 kids (12, 7, 3).
My hubby coaches football, girls basketball, and occasionaly track. So, all 3 seasons he is doing something. I also work full time. I completely understand the time restraints and within the last year I have decided to take care of me more!0 -
Hi buddy
Hubby is in track season right now. Our second year of marriage he did all three sports. I told him I couldn't handle that again. That's ROUGH !!0 -
Hi!
Yes its rough! This is the week for regional playoffs for girls bball, so season should be done soon. I will be so happy. He is doing track this year but he actually gets home much sooner during track and they dont have tons of meets. At least there is about a month break before track meets start.0 -
That's always nice
Track meets are tough, though ,they last ALLLL day. I try to be supportive as much as possible.... but track meets, I just make an appearance. All I can think is... "I have so much to do at home". At least football or basketball games only take a couple hours. TRACK IS ALLL DAAAAYYYY...0 -
Ya, I cant say I have been to a track meet. It would be more torture for me having to drag the kids along and hearing them ask a million times is it time to go home yet.0

LOL I understand
Luckily/unluckily this year...my son is running track so I will have to at least be there for his race...0 -
Just created a group for coach's wives to vent, support, and share

I am newly married (6 months) and my husband coaches basketball and he referees girls lacrosse, so November - April he is pretty busy. I enjoy it now because I work later than he does (if he isn't coaching or refereeing he gets home at 4) and I work until 5 so now I have extra time to head to the gym before he is home. However when we have kids I know it will be harder.
I'm always looking for new friends. Feel free to add me0 -
Great msthang. I joined the group!0

On to the next season
First track meet this weekend...0 -
Hopefully Basketball season ends tonight and then track meets start in two weeks!0

My son plays basketball, so even though hubby doesn't coach it, we are committed two nights a week. He just finished his playoff game and they lost so basketball is officially over0
