    Thanks for all your replies, my MFP friends have been great in keeping me motivated.
    Fantastic work. how did you do it?

    I set my daily calorie goal to my TDEE -20% and have stuck to weighing all my food intake to get an accurate calorie count.

    I guess I was lucky to start losing weight from the get go and I started insanity 2 weeks into MFP, so that is certainly helping.
