At work today, someone actually noticed that I'd lost weight! This makes the hard work exercising and diet all worth while to keep on going. :bigsmile:

    It's a great feeling!
    About two weeks ago I ran into two old co workers at the credit union and both commented on how great I looked.
    That Sunday before I had two people where I walk at regular also stated this.
    Both times, it uplifted me!
