Update on my 21 day sweets free....

I'm putting this out there for those of you like me who indulge in sweets. It's been two weeks today (still craving) but not as bad.

What I mainly want to share is how fantastic I feel! More energy and weight loss!

Just do it!

    I was in on the 21 day challenge with you and I'm still at it...today I wondered how long it had been. Would like to indulge but if I do I'll make it stay in the calorie range for the day. Since I stopped all sweet stuff in early January I feel great too! More alert, happier, more motivated and productive. I did not expect it to affect my life in so many ways besides the weight loss which has also been very good. I've been averaging 2.4 pounds per week since early January! So happy! Keep it going and I'll be right there with you!
