Newbie

I am new to MFP and could really need some support. I find that everytime I start a diet I'm good for the first month then I stop. I would like to lose 40 pounds and know I have a long way to go so I could use all of the support I can get. Is there certain foods that some of you find filling, but are not high in calories? Do you find this sight easy to use? Any help would be appreciated.

    my goal is also around 40 pounds and I also find it very hard to keep on my diet but this time I'm going to try my best to stick with it. Good luck to you. the food that seems to fill me most is 2 slices of turkey on whole wheat with bell peppers
