Christian music is not exactly my thing, but I have a couple Skillet songs on my running playlist. Hero and Awake, I think.
I also like Thousand Foot Krutch and Toby Mac :)

Thousand Foot Krutch - Move is great for that last burst of energy.

These are some of my favorites from Lecrae:

    Go Hard
    Just Like You
    Prayin for You
    Take Me As I Am
    Divine Intervention

All good tracks in a vacuum, but most of those (save "Go Hard") wouldn't motivate me in the gym or running. To each their own. :-)

TFK is AWESOME. "Move" and "Rawkfist" are GREAT tracks, and you certainly don't have to be a Christian to enjoy them (same goes for Lecrae.)

I appreciate Christian artists, but even moreso appreciate good MUSIC that bridges the gaps of genres...

I'm more of a rock person than pop, but I'll list what I have on my Pandora app Christian music-wise.

    Skillet
    Fireflight
    Family Force Five
    DC Talk
    Superchick

I'm not a massive fan of Christian music (being a non believer and such) but there are some decent Christian Rock bands.

Skillet has already been mentioned but bands like Switchfoot (especially their songs Afterlife and Dark Horses) and Relient K have some good and upbeat tunes to work out to

Interesting.... I had never even heard of Christian Reggae! I'll have to try that. I've also done some Canton Jones. I do love the R&B side of it. :)

Check out the group Christafari. Really good.
Also, Andy Mineo if you enjoy hip hop. He's kinda new, but great. I saw him recently, live.
I enjoy Skillet. They're rock, but awesome to run to. They have the perfect beat to most of their songs.

PS: I am a Christian and I enjoy secular music. Eminen is one of my favorites. Judge away people.

LeCrae would fit nicely into your list.

You can't tell LeCrae is Christian until you listen to the lyrics. Sounds like what you are looking for.
