I have a terrible time being cold all the time when I am trying to lose weight. I eat less, and my body freezes me. I wear sweatshirts, and wool socks in the house all the time, and I am still so cold. I go to bed freezing, and can't get warm. I will lay and shiver for hours while snuggled in bed, under my covers, huddled next to my warm hubby. This is miserable. Do any of you have trouble staying warm while dieting?

Everybody's different, but I've found I'm quite warm for a couple hours after even a light (30 minute) workout. I'll usually work out an hour or so before bed so I don't my wife out. The rest of the day, yeah, I'm walking around in wool socks / sweats / insulated shirt...but I was doing that even before I starting cutting back on calories...not sure if it's any worse now.0

I've been experiencing the same thing. I'm wearing 2 pairs of socks every day and multiple layers. I've even worn 2 pairs of gloves outside and am now using fingerless gloves while on the computer. I don't have any answers, only that you aren't the only one.0

Huh... I have been freezing my face off this winter and never made the connection until reading this. I am usually not cold natured at all but lately have been sleeping under 3 blankets and not taking off my coat when I come inside the house. I thought something was wrong with our thermostat but my family never complains like I do. Glad it's just me and not a mechanical failure, haha0
