Lifting NSV

So, I've been lifting for a while (though not as regularly as I was, I'm trying to fix that), but haven't seen weight drop very much. I know that's mostly due to the irregularity of my workouts and the fact that I'm really not eating like I should be.

Nonetheless, I have seen improvements in how my clothes fit and how I look. The big NSV though? This past weekend I was helping my husband repair my washing machine. The deal is, my dryer is stacked on top of the washer, and we had to take the dryer off in order to access the washer. I was able to not only help lift the dryer off, but was able to help pick it up off the floor and set it on top of the washer again when we were finished!

My favorite part, though, was when my husband said "I am so glad I have a wife who's not afraid of hard work." Just about made me cry...with joy!

I think that is an awesome NSV! I know first hand how liberating it can feel when we are self reliant. Congrats and keep lifting! :)
