Okay, I realize the stuff actually has hidden calories, but I'm pretty sure it also has hidden crack. I eat it on bagels with spray butter, in milk with vanilla extract, on cereal, oatmeal, drinks... My most recent obsession (and it may be nothing new to some of you) is mixing it in with sour cream and putting it on strawberries. For 120 calories I can fill up on 15 strawberries and a 1/3 cup of fat free sour cream. Tasty tasty!

I have steered clear of it since I found out how it is chemically engineered. (Not to burst your bubble or anything...)

I actually use the Splenda sugarblend. The straight one is too sweet for me.
