Why You No Happy?

Sometimes...I just wonder why no one is happy in this world?

Someone wants to gain..someone wants to lose weight ;|

No one in the world is satisfied...this is funny but true

Actually, people who do not embrace change and constantly try new thing tend to be the unhappiest.

Please don't make me find my sources...

While it may seem no one is happy with the status quo, I think some of us truly are. I find that I get caught up in the whole "Poor me, I don't have x, y, or z," or "Poor me, I gained a pound," but then I go for a run and I remember how grateful and thankful I am for what I DO have, which is a lot, and I smile and am happy!

I was going to say I'm broke, but you're talking about something else.

Some of us choose not to settle. That doesn't make us unhappy. I am happy with my present. I will be even more happy with my future when I am old and able to keep up with my kids because of the things I do for myself now.

We change when we want something different. There are many reasons that prompt change - not just unhappiness.

People who are happy with their weight usually don't talk about it unless they've lost a lot. I worked with 8 (of 9) obese women at my old job and my boss actually told me that I made them uncomfortable at our team dinners. I made requests like "salad dressing on the side", and (in discussion, not about someone's food), "I love chicken nuggets, but they are so fattening". Someone else could have said those things, but from me it was rude. I just avoid talking about it unless I'm on here, or to my husband. I think part of the problems is that I'm also small, so people think I'm "naturally skinny" (I'm really not even skinny).
