My first NSV after 5 weeks

HI,
I am on 3 different types of meds for blood pressure. Had my usually check up and the doctor has halfed one of my doses, due to the healthy advances i have made this year.
I am so thrilled. :happy:

Sometimes weight loss, especially in the beginning is not as tangible as you hope but victories like this really put things into perspective. Keep up the good work and soon enough you will be pill free!0
