Hey all,
I want to start doing crossfit workouts at my gym because I can't afford a membership at my local "box". Does anyone know of any that I can do at my gym?
Thanks!

Google "Crossfit WOD" - tons of good stuff there0

Just go to www.crossfit.com. They post a 3-days-on/1-day-off schedule for free. You may not have all the equipment they require (rowing machine or a GHD or some other obscure piece of torture), but there are substitutes you can find if you search the website there.
Good luck. It is hard, but it works (in my opinion).0 -
I have done some. Here are two sites. Some are difficult depending on how your gym is set up (and fitness level). Do alternative exercises if needed.

I am sure you can find a lot more just by googling it.0 -
Try Groupon for deals on crossfit classes. They are usually a little cheaper this way. If still too much for you, you can watch You Tube for different crossfit moves.0
