Need Fruity ideas.

I have recently discovered Greek yogurt and so far have discovered two yummy recipes that keep me full and satisfied. The first one is 3/4 cup yogurt with 1 tablespoon honey and a chopped banana. The second is 1/2 cup yogurt with 1/2 tablespoon chocolate syrup for a fruit dip.
I am looking for more easy ideas with fruit that can help keep me feeling full for longer so I'm not tempted to munch all day. I plan on trying to freeze bananas and strawberries and whipping them up into faux ice cream. Any other ideas??

The frozen bananas are a great treat. I love it so much that I bought a Yonanas machine that is much simpler than fighting the blender. However, it is pretty high in sugar, so it probably won't help you fill up.

Try pairing your fruit with a protein:

    Apples and peanut butter
    apples and gouda
    strawberries and pistachios
    bananas and almonds
    grapes and cheese
melon and ham (especially jamon serrano...)
any kind of berries and greek yogurt
    brie and raspberries
  • Thank you. Those are all great ideas. Melon and Ham sounds a little weird though hahah.

Melon and Ham is a classic. I personally prefer cantaloupe wrapped in a slice of prosciutto.
  • I promise to give it a try before I judge it haha.
I imagine salt on melon would be a bit like salt on cucumber? Tasty mmm
  • I just sliced a banana in half and spread crunchy peanut butter inside. Perfect sandwich without the bread. Now to figure outa. Way to add a touch of honey without it being too messy
