How Would you Classify This Exercise Routine?

Saw a similar post and now I'd like some input on my routine. I go to a class that lasts 60 minutes, two times a week. It includes:
Several sets of squats (wide and normal), like 4 sets of 30 in varying speeds (regular, slow mo, hold at bottom, pulse)
I use 8 lb weights to do chest presses (about 5 sets of 60), some including bridges and one leg up while bridging, and several other lifting exercises like wide row.
About 4 sets of pushups, 20 at first then 15 for the next 3 sets.
Leg lifts in 3 different ways, regular+half lifts, then lifts while leaning forward and pointing toe down, then inner thigh lifts (about 60 of each)
About 60-100 crunches
Various lifting exercises using 1 or 2 weights that I can't accurately describe, but about 4 different kinds with 20-30 reps, about 3 times each. We've been incorporating dead lifts recently just with the hand weights.
There are a few other exercises we do to include abs and arms/legs, but I think you probably get the picture.
I asked the instructor and she says it burns between 500-700 calories depending on your effort. I usually give it a lot of effort and always sweat.
Thanks for any input, just wondering how one would classify this type of exercise.
ETA: this is a fast paced class, we don't take breaks in between or anything.

This is HIIT training or High Intensity Interval Training. Its a form a cardio like crossfit. So you would log it on here under either HIIT training if that is available or try under interval training.0

Wouldn't that be considered circuit training? I always assumed HIIT was a single cardio-type exercise (running, biking, swimming rowing etc) where you alternated between high intensity and lower intensity intervals of said exercise. Where circuit training would be setting up 8-12 different resistance/cardio exercise "stations" and you would rotate between them a certain number of times.0

Yes, I'd log your class under circuit training.0

I had thought to compare it to circuit training, but still at a loss as to what to call it. There is definitely more lifting via weights and body than cardio type exercises in this program, although some of the lifting exercises definitely get my heart rate up.0 -
Thanks for all the responses Seeing as how I couldn't find interval anything in the database, I will use Circuit Training. Love MFP! :flowerforyou:0
