I'm going to try to bacon wrap hard boiled eggs tonight. I think it should turn out pretty well.
The trick is going to be hard boiling the egg, but not all the way though.
Ingredients
egg
bacon
Step one: hard boil egg half way.
wrap in pre-cooked bacon and set on cookie sheet
pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
cook egg/bacon for 20 minutes.
eat!

you could actually skip the half-hard-boil part... put the bacon around inside a muffin cup tin...crack the egg into it - then bake for 20 minutes.0

Sounds yummy. Reminds me of bacon-wrapped scotch eggs! To die for!0

girl on NF told me she was doing bacon wrapped eggs.
Sounds delicious- but it's just easier to scrambled eggs into omlette- and stuff into my pie hole immediately following a bite of bacon.

I admit it.
But you did have me at "bacon wrapped" LMAO0
