Here's my Before and After pictures... The "Before" picture was me at 498 LBS, taken about a year and four months ago, and the "After" picture is 297 LBS, which was taken yesterday (6/29/2013)... It's still surreal, but I'm very happy with the results. Seeing everyone's before and after pictures are much more motivating, it's amazing how everyone looks, and how much of a transformation there is. Good job all

I still eat pretty much the same things, only a lot less!

You look great! I am just starting. I lost 5 pounds so far. I need to loose 80 more pounds at least.
I feel I still have a long way to go. Most of the times, I feel hungry and I wonder if I can really reach my goal.
When I saw your pictures, I felt a lot of hope.
