Hey everyone I have been a member since jan 2nd and now my ister is a member. I love it so far. I did weight watchers and I find myself being really truthfull here (and I wasn't before) I realize that I do over eat and what I eat is unhealthy. WOW you learn alot when you really pay attention. Anyways I hope everyone is enjoying this site I am posting it at work so a few other people can take advantage of what it has to offer.
