Hi all
I had a really bad last week last week and completely fell of the wagon and was over over my calories for the week by 2446.
So I have two questions
1 how long till that bad week will show on scales, as today I was 2lb so is that from last week or water?
2 if I stick to my calories allowance this week, in theory should I lose next week?
Thanks in advance

Just get back to your healthy eating, drink plenty of water and it will go down!
Its only water weight from the foods - Don't worry too much!0 -
How much of a deficit are you trying to eat at? If you have a small goal like .5 lbs a week then it could be a little speed bump. If you are set to lose 2 lbs a week, then you were still actually eating at a deficit.0

If you were previously (at goal) losing 1 pound per week, then you could eat an additional 3500 calories (over goal) and you should just see the scale maintain for that week. You would have eaten your deficit. If you ate 7000 calories more than your goal for the week, you should see a gain of about a pound. I wouldn't worry, but if you want to keep losing, you should try to get back on track.0
