I don't know what is going on with Billy Ray Cyrus... but this is just bad. Hilarious but BAD.

Apparently Billy Ray Cyrus decided to remake Achy Breaky Heart as a pop song with some rapper I've never heard of. Also featured in the music video is Larry King, barely covered females twerking, and a direct reference to his daughter Miley's twerking (very creepy/gross).
