The 12 Pounds of Christmas! - End of Week Four

Good morning everyone! Talk about a "down-up" week! I'm down to 181 (I was 180 for a day or two this week...but well...). So close to being out of the 180's, I think I'm going to push up my exercise this week (had sore knees this past week) to see if I can get down to 179 by next Sunday. I've finally taken measurements (wearing Lululemon's Ta-Ta Tamer which totally redistributed and shrunk my boobs), I'll have to remember to only wear that sport bra the next time I measure next Sunday.
So goals: more calories burned through exercise (I'm going to aim for 400/5x this week).
Water, water, water....(totally makes a difference).
One week of "clean" eating.

I'm down 3.4 total. Which is not what I expected when I started this month. I'm going to have to step up the exercise, drink more water and really watch my sodium. Arg! I have 3 weeks and 1 day before I leave to Hawaii for Christmas. I hope I can lose (at least) 6 more LB's by then.0

I lost 1 pound last week that makes 3lbs
Seriously though this is so hard I was hoping to be down 10 lbs by now.....
Well I bought Zumba last week so hopefully doing their 10 down slim down plan will fast track things for me0 -
I'm not having a good couple of days.....My intestines are angry! My weight is up 2.2 lbs. in the last couple of days!!! UGH! (So, I'm only down 3 lbs. total) BUT, I was down to 127 lb. this week....Which was a total of 5.6 lbs!0

I am down 7 pounds which is super exciting. I gaining .8 pounds this week, which I am super proud of actually! I was at my sister's all week for Thanksgiving and there were appetizers, and leftovers, and pie galore. She has an elliptical so I was able to work out a few times while there and she has a Wii Fit which I think also helped. I am feeling good and know I can knock that .8 out in no time and then a few more this week. My goal is to have lost two more pounds by the end of the week. Lets see how we go!0

No clue what I'm down from last week lol. But I know I started this challenge at 186 and am currently 179.2
