I definitely know there are a few songs in my itunes that really make me feel motivated and get my butt working.

What are the songs that really make you work it out and make you feel motivated?

Madonna, Hung, I ran fast with the beat and run low when it slows down. I wish I could sing it but too shy in front of all the people.

Britney Spears - The singles - Total butt shakin music. I can totally kick the elliptical with this one.
ABBA gold - didnt care for them so much in their heyday - but it is such happy music.
Dirty Dancing Havana nights-for a latin twist
Van Halen - greatist hits - for some down and dirty R&R
Black eyed PEas - Ima Bee

Just to name a few. Music is what pushes me through the workout.

My husband stole my iPod, but when I was using it at the Y, the songs that usually pumped me up were things like :

"Tear You Apart" by She Wants Revenge
    "Riot" by Three Days Grace
"Kick Start My Heart" by Motley Crue
    "Psychosocial" by Slipknot

I don't typically listen to rock just in my everyday life, but when I'm working out, it really gets me going!

Like a G6. It reminds me of my clubbing days. It makes me want to get into the same shape as when I used to club a lot.

I have so many!! But all time favorite is any hard style techno - hard house, hardcore, etc etc. Love to workout to a strong fast steady beat =)

Right now I'm liking Ke$ha's Take it Off, but I'm also a huge fan of Britney Spears and Lady Gaga. Anything with a fast beat gets me going.

I need rock or punk blasting in my ears while moving at the gym!!

Slipknot, Rancid, snot, soulfly, old green day, blink 182, Pantera, mudvayne, the vandals, less than jake, devil driver, and many of the local bands from around here are all in my player right now and I almost dont want to leave the gym until I am through my playlist!!
