Here I am "before" around December 2012 at 175lbs and "after" bringing in the New Year 30lbs lighter at 145lbs. I am at a NYE Masquerade party, hence the lace mask. 
I plateaued many times and had to tweak some things along the way. This app as well as RunKeeper were so helpful with keeping me on track. Now I am working on my new goal of 135lbs before a Hawaii trip this May!
