I need advice! I want to stop exercising (will go for long walks) and focus on my food diet only which will be 1400 calories. Will I lose weight or not?

If you create a caloric deficit, you will lose weight. Simple science of weight loss although you won't get the added benefit of toning up/gaining muscle.0

That is entirely dependent on whether or not your scheme produces a caloric deficit.0
