What are your thoughts on hard candy? I was just thinking how I would like to have something flavorful in my mouth, but I don't want a ton of calories. Do you use hard candy? If so, which ones do you think are "okay" calorie-wise?

I use cinnamon hard candy. Dr. Oz says that cinnamon is a natural appetite suppressor and have found that when I'm craving sweets, if I pop in one of the cinnamon hard candies that it helps curbs the craving.0

The trouble with hard candy, is the sugar... so becareful eating them!
Keep a low cal-hard candy on stand!
The cinnimon flavored ones are a great idea!0 -
For me, sugar free candy is fine and has WAY fewer calories. For others, they can't STAND sugar free candy so the calorie save isn't worth it. If you're okay with it, I like werther's and creme savers sugar free

I knew someone who had hard mint candy in bowls so to help staying smoke-free.0

For me, chewing sugar-free flavorful gum is my weight-loss aid and lifesaver! My mouth always needs to keep moving...whether its talking or eating LOL. So to curb my cravings, I either pop in some Berry flavored gum (yum!) or Mint flavored gum (who wants to eat after that anyway?) It always helps suppress my appetite and my best days are when I chew about 3 pieces through the day.
